Planiflow, a sole proprietorship under the micro-enterprise regime, is committed to protecting your privacy with a privacy-first approach. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our website and sign up for our waitlist.

By using our website or signing up for our waitlist, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Exclusively European storage: All your personal data is stored and processed exclusively within the European Union, ensuring the highest level of data protection.

2.2. For the product development questionnaire (entirely optional):

To create a tool perfectly adapted to your needs, we optionally collect:

  • Your current tools and their limitations
  • Your functional expectations for Planiflow
  • Your indicative budget and urgency level

4. Who do we share your data with?

Your data is shared only with our certified processors, GDPR compliant and based in the European Union:

  • Brevo: Waitlist management and email sending (EU storage).
  • Tally: Collection and processing of product development questionnaires (EU storage).

No transfer outside the European Union. All your data remains protected by GDPR.

We may also share your data with public authorities if required by law (e.g., in case of a judicial investigation).


5. How long do we retain your data?

  • Waitlist: Until Planiflow launch + 6 months, or until you unsubscribe.
  • Product development questionnaire: Until Planiflow launch + 12 months, or until you request deletion.
